Following news coverage of the alleged planned testimony from Mueller dirty cop Aaron Zelinsky, who served as the number 2 prosecutor in the governments case against Roger Stone, Attorney General Bill Barr is denying Zelinsky’s planned testimony.

Zelinsky, who poses as a “non-political career line prosecutor” served more time representing Hillary Clinton at the State Department than he has at DOJ. Zelinsky is facing an ethics complaint for misconduct in his efforts to obtain the testimony of a former Stone associate Andrew Miller, and claims his former boss heard that his boss heard that top DOJ officials were getting “pressure from the top.”

“What I heard — repeatedly — was that Roger Stone was being treated differently from any other defendant because of his relationship to the president,” the prosecutor, Aaron S.J. Zelinsky, said in a written opening statement submitted on Tuesday to the House Judiciary Committee ahead of Wednesday’s hearing. A copy was obtained by The New York Times.

This is an obvious move to discredit Attorney General Barr by the Deep State and Obama-era political appointees and holdovers in the Department of Justice. Having already handed Roger Stone a death sentence with a reduced 3.5 year from the original 7-9 years wanted by the radical Obama prosecutors, this apparently isn’t enough for people like Zelinsky, who is currently facing an ethics charge for how he handled the interrogation of Stone associate Andrew Miller.

Barr’s office issued a statement regarding Zelinsky’s hysterical hearsay-ridden allegations against his superiors at Department of Justice, according to CBS journalist Catherine Herridge.

“The Attorney General determined the high sentence proposed by the line prosecutors in the Roger Stone case was excessive and inconsistent with similar cases. In the interest of ensuring the imposition of a fair sentence, the Attorney General directed Time Shea, who was then the US Attorney for the District of Columbia to leave the sentencing discretion to the judge. The judge ultimately sentenced Mr. Stone to half the time that the line prosecutors had originally proposed. As he previously stated, Attorney General Barr did not discuss the sentencing of Roger Stone with the President or anyone else at the White House and had made the decision to correct the filing before the President tweeted about the case.”

The Attorney General’s office continued.

“Mr. Zelinsky, a line prosecutor, did not have any discussion with the Attorney General, the US Attorney, or any other member of political leadership at the Department of Justice about the sentencing; instead, Mr. Zelinsky’s allegations concerning the US Attorney’s motivation are based on his own interpretation of events and hearsay (at best), not first-hand knowledge.”

Zelinsky and his co-conspirators claimed on dozens of occasions that they had approval from their superiors at the DOJ and that the move to recommend the sentence be reduced was motivated by political pressure. Fox News reported otherwise and exposed yet another lie from this pack of liars.

However, Fox News has learned that this is a lie and that they did not seek recommendations or approval from the top brass before Stone’s sentencing hearing. In fact the gang of four blindsided their superiors and then resigned to peddle the false narrative that their recommendation had been rejected because “Roger Stone was a friend of the President,” in an effort to cause a fire storm and discredit Attorney General Barr.

Aaron Zelinsky is testifying today before the House Judiciary Committee, where he is expected to continue lying. We will be covering this as well and provide updates later this evening. Roger Stone continues to fight to prove his innocence, help the cause by clicking here.
