A federal judge on Tuesday issued a ruling blocking further construction work on President Trump’s privately-funded $400 million ballroom at the White House, claiming congressional authorization would be needed to complete the project.

Judge Richard Leon, an appointee to the bench by George W. Bush, who has establishment Republican bonafides going back to the 1970s, ruled that the executive branch does not have authority to proceed with such a structural upgrade on federal property without approval from Congress. President Trump took to Truth Social to express his dismay with Judge Leon’s decision, citing its inconsistency with the precedent of other great executives.

“In the Ballroom case, the Judge said we have to get Congressional approval. He is WRONG! Congressional approval has never been given on anything, in these circumstances, big or small, having to do with construction at the White House. In this case, even less so, because the Ballroom is being built with Private Donations, no Federal Taxpayer Money!” President Trump said.

The facts bear out President Trump’s narrative. The White House has been changed throughout its history by various presidents, who have regularly made alterations to the iconic national building without requesting explicit Congressional permission.

This was a major structural addition, which Roosevelt framed as a functional improvement to an already overcrowded building. Ultimately, Roosevelt’s addition was proven to be non-controversial over time as the West Wing is now perhaps the most noteworthy part of the White House.

Franklin D. Roosevelt later expanded the West Wing further and added the modern Oval Office, which has become an integral part of Americana. During World War II, FDR also oversaw construction of the East Wing, partly justified for security and operational needs. These projects were generally accepted as necessary alterations tied to presidential duties, similar to President Trump’s proposal at the present time.

Under Harry S. Truman, the White House underwent its most dramatic transformation. From 1948 to 1952, the interior of the Executive Mansion was completely gutted and rebuilt, leaving only the exterior walls intact. The project was justified under maintenance and safety concerns, as the building had become structurally unsound. Perhaps the critics would have been more happy if the building collapsed while Truman waited for piddling members of Congress to get around to approving the renovations instead.

Subsequent presidents in the modern era have continued to make changes under the same legal authority. Ronald Reagan oversaw updates to wiring, security systems, and structural elements. Bill Clinton and George W. Bush implemented technological upgrades and security expansions after evolving threats. Barack Obama approved modernization projects, including energy efficiency upgrades and interior renovations. All of these instances make it clear that there is nothing unprecedented about what President Trump is proposing.

President Trump took aim in particular at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a group infiltrated by leftists that has developed Trump Derangement Syndrome and devises petty rationales to undermine President Trump’s achievements out of spite.

“The National Trust for Historic Preservation sues me for a Ballroom that is under budget, ahead of schedule, being built at no cost to the Taxpayer, and will be the finest Building of its kind anywhere in the World. I then get sued by them over the renovation of the dilapidated and structurally unsound former Kennedy Center,” President Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Yet, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, a Radical Left Group of Lunatics whose funding was stopped by Congress in 2005, is not suing the Federal Reserve for a Building which has been decimated and destroyed, inside and out, by an incompetent and possibly corrupt Fed Chairman. The once magnificent Building is BILLIONS over budget, may never be completed, and may never open,” President Trump continued.

They certainly should, as lawfare meant to limit the majesty of President Trump’s proposed ballroom are attempts to destroy his legacy. President Trump’s past as a developer deserves to be woven into the very fabric of our nation. An improvement to the White House that will allow thousands of people to further enjoy the White House as the people’s house provides value throughout time immemorial. Bureaucrats and activist judges must not be allowed to stand in the way of true progress.

If Tuesday is a day of revelation, Wednesday is a day of treachery. Judas Iscariot, one of the inner circle, consents to betray his master for thirty pieces of silver. It is a sum so paltry it underscores the triviality of the exchange.

At the same time, in Bethany, a woman anoints Christ with costly perfume, an act of devotion so extravagant it draws criticism. Two responses to the same man unfold simultaneously. One offers love without calculation. The other sells loyalty for coin.

The theological message is stark. Proximity to truth does not guarantee allegiance to it. Even those who walk closest may fall if their hearts are disordered.

Maundy Thursday: The Night of Love and Surrender

Thursday evening brings us to the Upper Room, where Christ shares the Last Supper with his disciples. This meal is not incidental. It is Passover, or Pesach, the sacred commemoration of Israel’s deliverance from Egypt. Within this ancient feast, Christ institutes something entirely new.

He breaks bread and offers wine, declaring them to be His body and blood. In that moment, the Passover is transformed. The lamb of the Exodus gives way to the Lamb of God.

He then performs an act so humbling it defies cultural norms. He washes the feet of His disciples. The master becomes the servant. Authority is redefined not as domination but as self giving love.

Later, in the Garden of Gethsemane, we see the full weight of what is to come. Christ prays in agony, His humanity laid bare, yet His will remains aligned with the Father. Not my will, but His will be done. It is the ultimate act of obedience. The betrayal follows swiftly. A kiss becomes the instrument of arrest. Darkness, both literal and moral, descends.

Good Friday: The Day That Redeemed the World

Friday is the crucible. Christ is subjected to a series of trials that are as unjust as they are expedient. The Sanhedrin seeks a verdict. Pontius Pilate seeks political equilibrium. Herod Antipas seeks spectacle. None seek truth.

He is scourged, mocked, crowned with thorns, and led to Golgotha. At approximately nine in the morning, He is crucified. Hours later He took His last agonizing earthly breath and descended into hell.

Historically, crucifixion was a Roman method of execution reserved for the most reviled. It was designed not merely to kill but to humiliate and terrorize.

Theologically, it is the fulcrum of salvation. Christians believe that Christ, sinless, assumes the burden of human sin. Divine justice is satisfied not through retribution upon humanity but through sacrifice by God Himself. It is an act of love so profound it defies comprehension.

The veil of the Temple is torn. The barrier between God and man is removed. Access is no longer mediated by ritual but granted through grace.

Holy Saturday: The Silence Before Glory

Saturday is often overlooked, yet it is indispensable. Christ’s body lies in the tomb. The disciples are scattered, disillusioned, and afraid. The apparent finality of death settles like a pall.

Historically, this is a day of waiting. The Roman seal and guard at the tomb underscore the authorities’ determination to ensure the permanence of death.

Theologically, it represents the liminal space between despair and hope. Some traditions speak of Christ descending to the dead, proclaiming victory even in the realm of death. It is the quiet before the eruption of eternity.

Easter Sunday: The Triumph Over Death

At dawn on Sunday, everything changes. The tomb is empty. Women arrive expecting to mourn and instead encounter angels proclaiming resurrection. Christ appears to His followers, not as a ghostly apparition but as One transformed, bearing wounds yet alive.

Historically, the resurrection is attested across multiple Gospel accounts. While details vary, the central claim remains unwavering. The tomb was empty. He was seen.

Theologically, it is the cornerstone of Christian faith. Without the resurrection, the crucifixion is tragedy. With it, the crucifixion becomes victory. Death is defeated. Sin is conquered. Hope is no longer abstract but embodied.

The Meaning of the Week That Changed Everything

Holy Week is not merely a chronicle of events. It is a revelation of divine character and human condition. It demonstrates that power, as the world understands it, is impotent before truth. It exposes the ease with which crowds can be swayed, institutions corrupted, and loyalty betrayed.

It also proclaims something far greater. That sacrifice can redeem. That humility can conquer. That death itself can be overturned.

For the believer, Holy Week is not an exercise in nostalgia, it is an invitation to examine one’s own allegiances and cast aside hollow ritual. Holy Week is an opportunity to embrace a faith that is not ornamental but transformative.

In an age intoxicated with immediacy and spectacle, Holy Week stands as a rebuke and a remedy. It reminds us that the most consequential victory in history was not won with armies or decrees, but with a cross, an empty tomb, and a love that refused to yield.

There are chapters in American history that demand to be written not in ink, but in fire. The Obama administration, cloaked in the sanctimony of intellectualism and the false patina of moral superiority, unleashed a corrosive strain of political malice that did not dissipate with the passage of time. It metastasized. It deepened through the first Trump administration, calcified under the Biden presidency, and even now its vestiges linger like a stubborn contagion within the body politic. This was not governance. This was something far more insidious; a slow moving institutional rot. And now, at long last, the day of accountability may be coming.

On March 19, 2026, in a development that has sent tremors through the upper echelons of the intelligence and law enforcement establishment, former FBI Director James Comey received a federal grand jury subpoena from prosecutors in the United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the Southern District of Florida (SDFL). The timing, reported since March 3, 2026, is no accident. Nor is the venue incidental. This subpoena seeks documents related to Comey’s role in the drafting and assembling of the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA), the now infamous report that asserted Russia collusion hoax in the 2016 election to benefit Donald Trump. Not testimony. Not yet. Documents. Paper trails. The quiet architecture of decisions made behind closed doors.

This is not an isolated inquiry. It is part of a sprawling investigation that has already issued more than 130 subpoenas since 2025. As a nation we must all pause and ask a question that cuts to the marrow: What exactly are prosecutors looking for that requires such breadth and persistence? The answer is as unsettling as it is unavoidable. They are attempting to reconstruct a mosaic of conduct that may reveal not mere error, but design in the form of improperly modified political prosecutions waged against those associated with President Trump. Was there a seditious conspiracy that began in 2016 and continued through 2024?

Among those already ensnared in this widening net is former CIA Director John Brennan. Brennan received his own subpoena months earlier, reported in late 2025, focusing on his supervisory role in the very same Intelligence Community Assessment. Brennan was not a peripheral figure. He was central. He oversaw the process. He influenced its contours. And, according to a subsequent CIA Tradecraft Review commissioned under CIA Director John Ratcliffe, that process was anything but orthodox.

The review described the ICA’s construction as chaotic and unconventional. Those are not casual descriptors, the lexicon of intelligence they are damning. Even more troubling are allegations that Brennan advocated for the inclusion of a summary of the now discredited Steele dossier in an annex to the report despite internal objections. Why include material that had not been verified? Why attach it to an assessment presented as authoritative? Was this prudence or was it something more calculated? As has been said before by British historian Lord Acton, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely”.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe has referred both Brennan and Comey to the Department of Justice (DOJ) for potential prosecution. Among the possible avenues under scrutiny are false statements to Congress and perjury. Brennan, for his part, has denied wrongdoing and protested the process. His attorneys have alleged irregularities, including what they characterize as judge shopping and selective leaks. In other words, Brennan’s lawyers claim the current administration is engaging in precisely the tactics that Brennan himself used.

The list of individuals touched by this investigation reads like a roll call of the Obama era intelligence apparatus. Andrew McCabe. Peter Strzok. Lisa Page. Charles McGonigal. James Clapper. More than 130 subpoenas have reached current and former officials across multiple agencies. This is not some mere sort of pinprick inquiry. It’s a long overdue and very badly needed systemic excavation.

At the center of this effort lies a singular objective which is to reexamine the origins and execution of the 2016 to 2017 counterintelligence activities directed at Donald Trump and his campaign. This includes the genesis of Crossfire Hurricane, the composition of the ICA, and the downstream actions that shaped years of investigations, prosecutions, political persecution, corruption, coverups, criminal conspiracy, and media narratives. Prosecutors appear to be exploring whether disparate acts can be woven into a prosecutable conspiracy. Not a political slogan, a legal theory.

Critics have long derided these events as a hoax. Others have defended them as necessary national security measures. But slogans are not evidence. And indignation is not exculpation. The grand jury process exists precisely to pierce through competing narratives and arrive at facts.

The venue itself is as telling as it is promising. The grand jury is impaneled in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, under the supervision of U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon. Proceedings are centered in Fort Pierce, Florida within a courthouse whose jurisdiction has already intersected with high profile matters involving President Trump. The U.S. Attorney (USA) overseeing this effort, Jason A. Reding Quiñones, operates in coordination with Department of Justice leadership in Washington. This is not a peripheral jurisdiction. It is a deliberate locus. In fact, I suggested in October 2025 that the proper venue is SDFL.

Beyond the legal architecture and procedural mechanics, there lies a human dimension that cannot be ignored. The weaponization of government is not an abstraction, it is lived experience for many Americans living in constant fear awaiting the other proverbial shoe to drop. It is the knock at the door that never comes, yet is always anticipated. It is the reputational erosion that unfolds in real time. It is the financial devastation wrought by endless legal entanglements. It is the public humiliation and falsehoods sweeping across social media and gossip columns. Your very name itself becomes clickbait. You stop being you and your identity has now become “Trump associate…”. It is the psychological toll of being cast as a target for no crime other than proximity to power or truth. And it’s the betrayal from evil people within the government of the country we love which never fails to intrude upon your thoughts, causes illnesses to worsen, leads to sleeplessness nights, results in paranoia, sometimes justified and sometimes not.

I have seen this machinery up close and witnessed how lawfare operates not as a scalpel, but as an axe that can and will bludgeon you. Families are dragged into the vortex. Livelihoods are imperiled. Health is compromised. And through it all, the architects of these campaigns often remain ensconced behind layers of institutional protection. Is this justice? Or is it the inversion of justice?

Let us be unequivocal because it is of paramount importance that justice is served, this moment is not about vengeance. It is not about settling scores or indulging in political retribution. It is about restoring a principle so fundamental that its absence threatens the very legitimacy of the Republic. Equal application of the law.

If the ICA was produced through irregular means, and I believe that it was, then it must be thoroughly examined. If unverified material was deliberately included to shape perception, that must be scrutinized. If officials misled Congress or the public, that must be addressed. These are not partisan concerns. They are constitutional imperatives.

For years, Americans were told to trust the system. To defer to institutions. To accept conclusions handed down from on high. But trust is not a perpetual entitlement, trust is earned through demonstrating loyalty, honesty, and integrity. So when that trust is betrayed by government officials and agencies, it must be destroyed and rebuilt through transparency and accountability.

The subpoenas issued to Comey, Brennan, and the 130 or so others are not the conclusion of this story. They are the beginning of what may prove to be one of the most consequential inquiries of our time. Whether it culminates in indictments, convictions, exonerations, prison sentences, or anything that resembles a semblance of justice remains to be seen but it’s the process itself that matters because a nation that refuses to examine its own misconduct is a nation that invites its own decline. The reckoning returns, not as a slogan, but as a test.

With the passing of corrupt FBI Director and Russiagate Special Counsel Robert Mueller it’s necessary to outline why his case against me was a fraud intended to pressure me into testifying falsely against President Donald Trump. Something I refused to do.

Late in the night on election day 2020, just hours before the legal deadline imposed, the U.S. Department of Justice complied with a federal court decision ordering it to release the last remaining redacted sections of the so-called ‘Mueller Report’ that had been hidden since the report’s publication nearly 18 months earlier.

At midnight on election day, November 3rd, 2020 – timed to get as little press coverage as possible on the busiest news day of the year, the United States Department of Justice released the remaining unredacted sections of the Mueller Report regarding me specifically, in which they had admitted that despite two years of intense investigation, spending millions to pour through every aspect of my life, dragging 36 witnesses to the grand jury and after obtaining all my electronic communications for four years (literally millions of e-mails and pages of documents, tax returns, banking, and financial records) – they found no factual evidence of any collaboration or coordination between me and WikiLeaks regarding the release of emails regarding John Podesta, the Democratic National Committee or Hillary Clinton or that I had any advance knowledge of the timing, content or source of their disclosures.

Even BuzzFeed, who won the release of the data in a lawsuit actually said I was “vindicated.” The rest of the media? They reported nothing at all.

The report is a voluminous effort by the ‘Special’ Counsel’s unethical, if not criminally-corrupt, lawyers, as their prolonged, baseless, partisan-motivated legal fishing expedition finally came to an end, to blunt the logical conclusion by the public that the entire corrupt multi-year multi-million dollar boondoggle was, in reality, a malicious fraud against President Donald Trump and anyone who supported him and a runaway purveyor of kangaroo “justice” against its unfortunate political targets.

For its hundreds of pages tediously propping up a convoluted defamatory narrative now known to be nothing more than a brazen fabrication by the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton’s failed presidential campaign, the report is rife with highly-parsed wording, deceitful innuendo, and presumptuous, conclusory leaps of illogic, often delving into irrelevant minutiae, engaging in misleading factual cherry-picking and employing officious-sounding spin as dishonest substitutes for evidence that never existed. Despite this sugar-coating, what the unredacted documents do show is shocking.

Specifically, the newly unveiled documents say:

“The Office’s determination that it could not charge WikiLeaks or Stone as part of the Section 1030 conspiracy was also informed by the constitutional issues that such a prosecution would present. Under the Supreme Court’s decision in Bartnicki v. Vopper, 532 U.S. 514 (2001), the First Amendment protects a party’s publication of illegally intercepted communications on a matter of public concern, even when the publishing parties knew or had reason to know of the intercepts’ unlawful origin.”

“The Office determined that it could not pursue a Section 1030 conspiracy charge against Stone for some of the same legal reasons. The most fundamental hurdles, though, are factual ones.1279 As explained in Volume I, Section III.D.1, supra, Corsi’s accounts of his interactions with Stone on October 7, 2016 are not fully consistent or corroborated. Even if they were, neither Corsi’s testimony nor other evidence currently available to the Office is sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Stone knew or believed that the computer intrusions were ongoing at the time he ostensibly encouraged or coordinated the publication of the Podesta emails. Stone’s actions would thus be consistent with (among other things) a belief that he was aiding in the dissemination of the fruits of an already completed hacking operation perpetrated by a third party, which would be a level of knowledge insufficient to establish conspiracy liability. See State v. Phillips, 82 S.E.2d 762, 766 (N.C. 1954) (“In the very nature of things, persons cannot retroactively conspire to commit a previously consummated crime.”) (quoted in Model Penal Code and Commentaries § 5.03, at 442 (1985).

“Regardless, success would also depend upon evidence of WikiLeaks’s and Stone’s knowledge of ongoing or contemplated future computer intrusions-the proof that is currently lacking.”

Judge Amy Berman withheld this from my lawyers at trial. The Mueller’s dirty cops concluded in their report that even if they had found evidence that I had received documents from Assange of WikiLeaks and passed them to anyone, which I did not and for which they found no evidence whatsoever, it would not have been illegal. The whole thing was a hoax.

For three years the fake News media has insisted that Julian Assange ( a journalist who has never had the accuracy of anything he has published questioned) is actually an asset for the Russians and that his website Wikileaks got the documents and e-mails via a hack via the Russians.

Worse they insisted that I had served as the link between Assange and WikiLeaks and the Trump campaign. I was called a traitor and a Russian spy. The left insisted that my colorful Twitter feed and some of my speeches and interviews proved that I had advance knowledge of the source and content of the WikiLeaks disclosures that so roiled the 2016 campaign. I was falsely accused of having advance knowledge of the publication of John Podesta’s e-mails.

The only three news outlets who reported on this shocking election day admission that there was no evidence found that would support this narrative were BuzzFeed, who successfully brought the lawsuit for the release of this material, the Washington Examiner and ZeroHedge. Where were the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, the Huffington Post, The Atlantic, The Hill, Politico, Salon, Vox, Vice, CNN, MSNBC, NBC and the Business Insider – all of who were quick to smear me as a “go-between for WikiLeaks and the Trump Campaign” but none of whom reported on the stunning conclusions of Mueller’s thugs.

It is important to note that the only communication I had with Wikileaks was via Twitter direct message and was fully disclosed and supplied to the House Intelligence Committee at the time of my testimony in 2017. Even this exchange proves nothing- yet Mueller’s thugs tried to pretend it was some kind of bombshell.

The media lynch mob that smeared me is a typical example of the bias and the fraudulence of the corporately-owned fake news media. The headlines below reflect just a small sample of the inaccurate and malicious reporting by the fake news media. Every one of these stories is disproven by the November 3rd disclosure by the US Department of Justice. Every one of these stories includes fundamental falsehoods, inaccurate leaks from the Special Counsel’s office, the omission of important facts, and the relentless pushing of an entirely false narrative.

Salon-Roger Stone admits to 2016 phone conversation with Julian Assange: Report

Sharon LaFrontiere of the New York Times, Roz Helderman of the Washington Post, Shelby Holliday of the Wall Street Journal, the odious Natasha Bertrand, then of Atlantic Magazine, now at Politico, the vile Jonathan Chiat of New York Magazine, Daniel Friedman at Mother Jones, Andrew Prokop of Vox, Sara Murray of CNN, congenital liar Ari Melber of MSNBC, NBC propagandist and long -time CIA plant Ken Dilanian, ( who was actually fired by the Chicago Tribune for clearing his stories with the Agency)-are just a handful of the “reporters” who defamed me repeatedly with a torrent of lies and distortions, none of whom had the courtesy or professionalism to report the Nov 3 disclosures which prove that virtually all of their reporting on my case and the Mueller witch hunt efforts to destroy me, were flawed, distorted and based on the fundamental principles of honest journalism should now be retracted or corrected. I won’t hold my breath.

It wasn’t just the nut jobs like Mother Jones, the Daily Beast, Salon and nutty bloggers like Marcy Wheeler but allegedly responsible media outlets like the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal and CNN and MSNBC became obsessed with the idea that I was working with WikiLeaks and WikiLeaks was working with the Russians.

I often joke with some of my associates as to what newspaper in the United States is the worst when it comes to trafficking in the mainstream media narrative in which they told us that the Trump campaign had colluded with Russian intelligence in the 2020 elections and repeatedly asserted the questionable claim by US Intelligence that Julian Assange was a Russian asset and that the Democratic National Committee’s servers were hacked by the Russians.

Not surprisingly, none of these reporters or outlets reported on the declassified documents ultimately liberated from the national security bureaucrats by then-acting DNI Director Rick Grenell which prove that now not even Crowdstrike stands behind the claim that there is forensic proof that the Russians hacked the DNC. The intelligence services and the FBI knew from the beginning that the Steele dossier had been compiled with the assistance of Russian intelligence and paid for by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Actually, there is no question whatsoever that the Washington Post is the most dishonest and blatant purveyor of falsehoods. This timeline, for example, compiled by Phillip Bump is a perfect example of a completely false narrative now disproved in the actual words of the Mueller report. Bump’s reporting at the Washington Post stands out as the most dishonest, inaccurate, contrived, defamatory coverage of the ordeal I went through. This timeline, for example at the Washington Post – “A timeline of the Roger Stone-WikiLeaks question” should be nominated for a fiction writing prize.

Bump is, of course, the ‘journalist” who insisted in the pages of the worst newspaper in America that there was never any evidence that Bill Clinton ever sexually assaulted any woman.

I was also vilified for an innocuous Twitter direct message exchange with the persona of Guccifer 2.0 who our Intelligence Chiefs insist is a Russian operative and responsible for the hacking of the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton campaign emails on behalf of the Russians. In fact, the identity of Guccifer 2.0 and the claim that he is a Russian assets is based on a series of cyber fingerprints that no real Russian Spy who wanted to have his intrusions undetected would leave and the CIA’s extensive report on how to hack a server and make it look like it came from elsewhere in the Vault 7 disclosures of CIA dirty laundry published by Wikileaks.

“Roger Stone admits contact with Russian Intelligence” the headlines falsely screamed. Even if he was Vladimir Putin himself the fact that the entire exchange took place long after the Clinton documents had been obtained and published by Wikileaks -meaning my involvement in the alleged hack of those would be impossible and the exchange itself proves no collaboration or collusion- because I released SCREEN SHOTS of the entire exchange in 2017.

The left never lets facts get in the way of a good smear.

So in other words the claim that my innocent and innocuous exchange with the persona of Guccifer 2.0 on Twitter DM which I myself released publicly, was proof of collusion between the GRU and the Trump campaign is disproved by the context, timing, and content of the exchange which took place after the release of DNC documents by Wikileaks Mueller himself revived this chestnut in the Washington Post Op-Ed written for him by little Andy Weissmann.

For two years leaked stories predicting that although I had no formal role in the President’s campaign I would be charged with “Conspiracy Against the United States” “Foreign Contribution Ban” “Fraud and Related Activities in Connection with Computers” “Wire Fraud” “Aiding and Abetting a Conspiracy” “Unauthorized Access of a Protected Computer” “Accessory After the Fact to the commission of a felony. Indeed, Aaron Zelinsky the prosecutor on the Mueller team who previously worked as Deputy Counsel for Hillary Clinton at the State Department would represent to multiple Federal Judges and magistrates that he had probable cause to investigate me on these ridiculous charges to obtain search warrants to access (and trash) my computers, my cell phone, my text messages, my paper files, my business records, my Florida home, my Florida studio and my New York City Apartment.

This is why they had to find something else, anything else, to charge me with. The ‘Lying to Congress’ charges are a tortured stretch. The witness tampering charge is a bogus concoction. The witness I allegedly tampered with- Randy Credico- threatened to put a bullet in the head of one of my associates who was subpoenaed to the grand jury, if he contradicted Credico’s ( false) testimony.

No misstatement I made to the House Intelligence Committee hid any underlying crime, meaning I had no motive to lie. The argument made by prosecutors at my trial, that I lied to hide the Trump campaign’s interest in the Wikileaks disclosures because it would ” look bad” for Donald Trump is ludicrous in view of the fact that candidate Trump himself discussed the WikiLeaks disclosures 142 times in September and October of 2016 according to MSNBC. If I had been given a fair trial, with an honest Judge who did not bar every powerful defense and had an honest unbiased jury, I might have been acquitted.

The report’s previously blacked-out pages reveal what is, in effect, a confession by Special Counsel operatives that they had absolutely nothing to substantiate any prosecutable offenses against myself, Wikileaks, or the Trump campaign, despite their efforts to torture the law to its limits to obtain their desired outcomes.

Most astonishingly, after explaining they had no evidence to support criminal charges for what they knew full well were perfectly-legal efforts to raise awareness and promote public scrutiny of Democrat corruption, as chronicled in an authentic record of the Democrats’ own communications, the report further confesses that their investigative targets like me had substantial 1st Amendment-based defenses, likely to overcome any attempted criminal prosecution. In other words, the Mueller gang now admits that my efforts to promote public awareness of the Wikileaks disclosures was perfectly legal. Shove that up your ass, Natasha Bertand.

My constitutional rights to freedom of speech and press, as exercised in totally-legal political and election campaign activities attempting to inform the public about Clinton Democrat corruption ahead of a presidential election, were maliciously violated by cynical, criminally power-abusive Special Counsel thugs.

The same goes for the rights of the President and those in the Trump Campaign who likewise sought to legally bring public light to information highly-relevant to the 2016 presidential election.

It is clear from the recently declassified materials released by ODNI Tulsi Gabbard that the Special Counsel, by its own admission, was fully aware it had no probable cause, or even reasonable suspicion, that either WikiLeaks, the Trump Campaign or I had done anything illegal concerning the Clinton-DNC email corruption expose. Moreover, they admit that our efforts were in fact constitutionally-protected political and journalistic activities.

The short of this is that the malicious prosecution visited on me as a parting shot by the failed Special Counsel, just as it finally ended its nearly two-year witch hunt, was nothing more than a sensationalist ass-covering distraction and a cynical ploy intended to superficially justify the Special Counsel’s pointless, prolonged existence, after spending almost two years to come up with literally nothing whatsoever of any substance or credibility to support the BIG LIE on which it was dishonestly founded and perpetuated.

When this ulterior-motivated, malicious prosecution against me entered the federal court system it was before a hostile partisan judge whom the Special Counsel had purposefully “shopped” into the case through one of the prosecution team’s many false, misleading representations made to the U.S. District Court throughout the case. They knew quite well what they were doing when they fraudulently secured Amy Berman-Jackson as the trial judge in my case.

Prosecutors insisted that my case must be tried before Judge Jackson because it was ‘related” to the case of the 17 alleged Russian Intelligence officers who they claim hacked the DNC and gave the purloined data to Wikileaks, a contention of the Government which they relied totally on an analysis by Crowdstrike, a Clinton-friendly IT Security firm. Except Crowdstrike now denies that conclusion. In fact, prosecutors promised Judge Jackson they would introduce evidence obtained by search warrant in that case at my trial. They didn’t produce any such thing but they got the Trump-hating Judge they wanted- and lied to do it.

My attorneys were successful in getting the government to admit that the only “evidence” they had that Russian intelligence agents had computer hacked the Democratic National Committee was this redacted draft report from the Democratic-aligned IT Firm Crowdstrike and that the FBI had never actually examined the DNC servers.

When this news hit the media like a bombshell, out-of-control left-wing Judge Amy Berman Jackson tightened the unconstitutional gag order on me to prevent me from discussing the shocking revelation and the prosecutor in my case Jonathan Kravis, a former Deputy White House Counsel to President Barack Obama after clerking for left-wing U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and failed Supreme Court nominee and far-left D.C. Circuit Judge Merrick Garland, filed a sur reply with the court falsely claiming that the US Government and the Mueller investigation had additional evidence to bolster their claim that the Russians hacked the DNC. We now know based on the documents declassified to date that no such proof exists and that Kravis defrauded the court.

The secrecy of this entire process is obsessive. The 76 pages of e-mails turned over to BuzzFeed News by the Executive Office of US Attorneys were heavily redacted. The agency withheld 152 pages in releasing the emails Nov. 3rd and indicated some of those records are sealed and others were referred to the FBI for review. These many redactions need to be explained or removed. This isn’t some national security case. There are no sensitive intelligence, diplomatic or military implications. All parties involved are U.S. citizens. There is no continuing investigation nor other pending cases involving its subject matter.

This is a domestic criminal prosecution of a sole defendant by jury trial in a federal district court for offenses implicating only legislative oversight of domestic political activities. A prosecutor in the case made a public protest of withdrawing from the case over the government’s alleged handling of the sentencing. He then volunteered public testimony to a legislative oversight committee alleging that the handling of the sentencing by his prosecution team was subject to undue influence by DOJ officials for ulterior political motives. Yet according to the Washington Post three top senior non-political Officers at DOJ have denied the under-oath testimony of Rogue prosecutor Aaron Zelinsky in which he claimed all three had told him of political pressure to ‘go easy” on Roger Stone. When will Zelinsky be indicted for lying to Congress? Why is Zelinsky still working in the Trump Justice Department?

Loose cannon Aaron Zelinsky isn’t the only one who lied under oath. When Steve Bannon’s House Intelligence Committee testimony was declassified we learned that his testimony at my trial in which he was Mueller’s star witness was directly contradicted by his sworn testimony before the House Committee. In fact, George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley who reviewed both transcripts told the New York Post “There does appear a glaring and irreconcilable conflict in what Bannon stated in testimony before Congress and the court. What is striking is that this was not a peripheral point but one of the main areas of inquiry.” Turley said. “He (Bannon) has two diametrically opposite sworn statements in a high-profile controversy with dozens of attorneys in attendance,” Turley noted.

Additionally, federal prosecutors had an obligation under the law to inform us that Steve Bannon was actively under investigation and knew this to be the case at the time that he offered false testimony against me. The prosecutors in my case who were well aware of the discrepancies between Bannon’s house testimony and his testimony understand my trial knowingly suborned perjury.

Specifically, in the summer before trial, my defense team asked Berman-Jackson to order the DOJ to disgorge the Mueller report’s many redacted sections about me for our evaluation and possible use as exculpatory evidence, if not as evidence of prosecutorial deceit and manipulation in violation of my constitutional rights as a criminal defendant.

Berman-Jackson’s response to this motion was to withhold her ruling and order the DOJ to turn over the unredacted report to her for her ‘in camera’ (or behind closed doors) evaluation of the contents before deciding whether to grant or deny our motion. After receiving the unredacted report from the DOJ, per her order, and reviewing its contents out of view of the defense (the prosecution already knew what was in it), Berman-Jackson summarily denied our motion, gave us numerous unredacted sections of the hidden material that was innocuous or meaningless without context but withheld the material that even Buzzfeed said ” vindicated “me.

Berman-Jackson fully understood that evidence from the Special Counsel’s own report which unequivocally negated the entire premise of its pending prosecution against me — namely, a nefarious conspiracy to steal Democrat emails and collude with the Russians — would likely be devastating to the case against me for false statements to a partisan committee supposedly investigating what they and Special Counsel knew to be legal, constitutionally-protected political and press activities.

Berman-Jackson knew what a death blow it would likely be to the Special Counsel’s inflated charges against me for purported false statements and witness tampering, if it came to light that this prosecution was entirely based on an effort to violate, suppress and punish my 1st Amendment-protected political activities, and that the Special Counsel knew all along that this was what they were doing.

I thank God almighty and President Donald Trump for recognizing that I did nothing wrong and granting me an unconditional Pardon at Christmas of 2020.

With the passing of corrupt former FBI Director and Russiagate Special Counsel Robert Mueller it is important to outline why the Russian Collusion Hoax was the greatest single abuse of power and political dirty trick in US History.

It was nearly 7 years ago that I was sentenced to 40 months in prison based on my conviction in the Soviet-style show trial that I was subjected to in Washington D.C. in 2020.

More strikingly, the fake news media also failed to note that after my trial, a lawsuit by Buzzfeed News against the DOJ forced the department to release the full un-redacted version of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s entire report which proved, definitively, that Mueller had “no factual basis” to prosecute me for Russian collusion, collaborations with WikiLeaks, or for that matter, any other crime, which is why I was indicted on clever and convoluted process charges in order to pressure me to testify falsely against President Donald Trump which I, of course, refused to do.

Incredibly this exculpatory evidence was withheld from my defense attorneys by Judge Amy Berman Jackson who said she would review Mueller’s then-classified report in her chambers and give my attorneys the sections relevant to me. Specifically she missed page 178 of Mueller’s report!

Mueller’s long-hidden, long-redacted final report noted:

On Page 178:

“The Office’s determination that it could not charge WikiLeaks or Stone as part of the Section 1030 conspiracy was also informed by the constitutional issues that such a prosecution would present. Under the Supreme Court’s decision in Bartnicki v. Vopper, 532 U.S. 514 (2001), the First Amendment protects a party’s publication of illegally intercepted communications on a matter of public concern, even when the publishing parties knew or had reason to know of the intercepts’ unlawful origin.”

Also Page 178:

“The Office determined that it could not pursue a Section 1030 conspiracy charge against Stone for some of the same legal reasons. The most fundamental hurdles, though, are factual ones. 1279 As explained in Volume I, Section III.D.1, supra, Corsi’s accounts of his interactions with Stone on October 7, 2016 are not fully consistent or corroborated. Even if they were, neither Corsi’s testimony nor other evidence currently available to the Office is sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Stone knew or believed that the computer intrusions were ongoing at the time he ostensibly encouraged or coordinated the publication of the Podesta emails. Stone’s actions would thus be consistent with (among other things) a belief that he was aiding in the dissemination of the fruits of an already completed hacking operation perpetrated by a third party, which would be a level of knowledge insufficient to establish conspiracy liability. See State v. Phillips, 82 S.E.2d 762, 766 (N.C. 1954) (“In the very nature of things, persons cannot retroactively conspire to commit a previously consummated crime.”) (quoted in Model Penal Code and Commentaries § 5.03, at 442 (1985).

“Regardless, success would also depend upon evidence of WikiLeaks’s and Stone’s knowledge of ongoing or contemplated future computer intrusions-the proof that is currently lacking.”

Judge Amy Berman withheld this from my lawyers at trial. Mueller’s dirty cops concluded in their report that even if they had found evidence that I had received documents from Julian Assange of WikiLeaks and passed them to anyone, which I did not and for which they found no evidence whatsoever, it would not have been illegal. The whole thing was a hoax.

After being unconstitutionally gagged before, during, and after my trial, as well as being banned for life on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, I was ultimately reinstated on X (formerly Twitter), as well as establishing a healthy following on Truth Social, finally affording me the opportunity to layout the facts regarding the legal lynching I was subjected to, as well as the ongoing smears of a number of X trolls who continue to accuse me falsely of being a “Russian traitor.”

Here are the facts:

Anyone who actually followed my trial would know the federal prosecutors provided no evidence whatsoever of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign at my trial. In fact, in pretrial motions, the government moved that they did not have to prove that there was any Russian collusion with the Trump campaign, or that the Democratic National Committee had, in fact, been the target of an online hack with the purloined data going to WikiLeaks in order to convict me. The Judge granted their motion.

Those who actually followed my legal lynching in a DC Courtroom would also know the Judge denied my defense attorney a sealed report from the private company Crowdstrike, retained by the DNC, that supposedly contained proof of this Russian hack. Only when the sworn testimony of Crowdstrike Head Shaun Henry (conveniently a former deputy to Robert Mueller at the FBI) was declassified and released did we learn that Crowstrike had no proof whatsoever that the Russians conducted an online hack of the DNC. It was in my trial that the DOJ admitted that, for some strange reason, the FBI never inspected the DNC computer servers to detect whether there was an online hack. Given their role in directing the silencing of pro-Trump voices on Twitter we now see why.

I was convicted of “lying to congress” in my voluntary testimony to the House Intelligence Committee, despite the lack of any motive on my part to lie. There was no Russian collusion, or WikiLeaks collaboration to lie about. In fact, no misstatement that I made under oath was material or hid any underlying crime, never mind Russian collusion. The prosecutors provided no proof that I was a go-between for Wikileaks and the Trump campaign as the fake news media had more than speculated about or that I had any involvement in the timing of the devastating Wikileaks disclosures that rocked Hillary Clinton back on her heels. The idea that I was “covering up for Donald Trump” as the Judge said in her sentencing tirade against me is false. There was nothing to cover up.

Even the much-hyped claim that my innocuous Twitter Direct Message exchange with the persona of Guccifer 2.0 who then CIA Director John Brennan and then FBI Director James Comey insist is a Russian intelligence asset, is flawed. The 28-word exchange itself is innocuous, it took place three months after WikiLeaks had already published the DNC material meaning my involvement would have been chronologically impossible and the insistence that Guccifer 2.0 is in fact, a Russian spy is contradicted by substantial evidence that he is a US intelligence created operative.

Even if he was a Russian hacker, my limited exchange with him provides no evidence that we coordinated or colluded in any way. I myself fully released our Twitter DM exchange, and I voluntarily turned it over to the House Intelligence Committee when I testified. It proves nothing. Nonetheless, when I was pardoned, Mueller attacked me in a Washington Post OP-ED (probably ghostwritten by Weissmann) in which Mueller said I was “communicating with ‘Russian Intelligence asset(s)”. It’s another fugazi!

Federal prosecutors in my trial insisted that my case had to be in front of Judge Amy Berman Jackson because my case was “related to” the case Mueller brought against 17 alleged Russian intelligence agents, a case that has never even gone to discovery, never mind trial. In fact, Assistant US Attorney Jonathan Kravis told the Judge that Federal Prosecutors who present evidence against me gleaned against me in search warrants in that case at trial but never did. That’s because no such evidence exists.

The Judge denied my lawyers attempt to introduce forensic evidence or expert testimony to challenge the claim that the DNC had been hacked by the Russians. When my lawyers challenged the Government’s lack of evidence of a Russian hack of the DNC, the underlying premise of my indictment, Kravis filed a rare sur-reply with the Court insisting the Government had proof beyond the Crowdstrike’s report that the Russians hacked the DNC. They don’t.

Nor would most of the public know that on November 3, 2020, only by court order, in a lawsuit brought by Buzzfeed did the Department of Justice released the last remaining redacted and long hidden portions of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s final report in which even he could not sugarcoat the fact that, despite his wide and unprecedented legal authority and an unlimited budget, he could find “no factual evidence” that I had engaged in Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or had played any role in the phishing or publication of John Podesta’s highly embarrassing emails. Only Buzzfeed, the Gateway Pundit, and Zero Hedge reported this stunning DOJ press release at midnight on election day, the busiest media day of the year. Strangely, the Zero Hedge story is no longer online but the way-back machine finds it. The Judge also withheld this exculpatory portion of Mueller’s report from my defense attorneys at trial.

I also note that the “proof” of Russian collusion with the Trump camp, constantly cited by the Twitter trolls, is always the assertion that Trump Campaign Manager Paul Manafort shared polling data with an associate Konstantine Kilimnik who they alleged was a Russian intelligence asset. It’s yet another Fugazi!

In fact, despite their heavily taxpayer-funded and media-fueled investigation, the only alleged evidence that both House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff and de facto Special Counsel Andrew Weissmann constantly cite is this false allegation about Kilimnik. Schiff recycled this Chestnut only weeks ago on CNN.

There are two fundamental problems with this phony narrative. First is the substantial evidence that not only is Kilimnik not a Russian intelligence asset, but evidence shows that he was working extensively with US Intelligence. Kilimnik actually worked for US Senator John McCain prior to the 2016 Presidential Campaign.

Paul Manafort himself addressed this in his book, “Political Prisoner: Persecuted, Prosecuted, but Not Silenced” when he said, “…my associate Konstantin Kilimnik…. was not only not a Russian agent, but he was a US asset. He was so important to the US embassy in Kiev that he had a code name to protect him in cable traffic between Ukraine and Washington.” Manafort went on to say that “The same anonymous US government sources who pushed this false narrative had access to the State Department files that identified him as a valued asset. They knew he was not a spy.”

Independent journalist Matt Taibbi reported, “The FBI’s own declassified reports show Kilimnik met with the head of the Kiev embassy’s political section “at least biweekly” during his time working with Manafort and Yanukovitch, adding that he “displayed good knowledge and seemed to know what was going on,” and came across as “less slanted” than other sources, among many other things. This fits with what I was told by multiple former colleagues of Kilimnik’s, that staffers in the Kiev embassy valued his analyses above those of some Americans in Yanukovitch’s orbit. Taibbi also noted that Kilimnik was so valued as a source by the State Department that his name was redacted from classified cables to and from the U.S. embassy in Kiev.

The other major problem with this false claim of Russian collusion with the Trump campaign and that Manafort passed highly secret polling to this alleged Russian agent is the fact that Manafort had no poll numbers that were proprietary to the Trump campaign at the time both Democrats and Federal prosecutors claimed he had shared the data with Kilimnik.

Again Manafort wrote “The major misrepresentation by Weissman related to the “secret internal” polling data that I supposedly gave to Kilimnik. The fact that the campaign polling that I supposedly gave Kilimnik at the August 2 meeting was not even completed until August 8 was ignored. Also, ignored, was Manafort Deputy Rick Gates’s testimony in his proffers to the FBI that the information that he gave to Kilimnik was publicly available information.

The significance is that the campaign had no non-public polling data on August 2. Republican Pollster Tony Fabrizio, who was working for Trump had gone into the field in the battleground states on Aug 1 with the preliminary results not becoming available to me or Gates until Aug 8 and later.”

There was no Russian Collusion with the Trump campaign. No passing of poll numbers by Manafort nor in the release of the Wikileaks disclosures regarding Hillary and her campaign nor in the Trump Tower meeting with Donald Trump, Jr. and others who met with a Russian Woman lawyer who was briefed before and after her meeting by her handlers at Fusion-GPS, the creators of the fabricated Steele Dossier. Trolls on X have bought this crap hook line and sinker. They should not bother leaving me hateful messages on X. I will only block them.

Needless to say, UPI neglected to mention that President Donald Trump not only commuted my sentence, but on December 23rd, 2020, issued me a full and unconditional presidential pardon.

The era of belated enforcement is upon us, and one is tempted to ask a question so obvious it borders on the rhetorical: What took so long? What took so outrageously, indefensibly, infuriatingly LONG?

On March 18, 2026 reports began to surface that the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division (IRS-CI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have launched a joint initiative to scrutinize nonprofit organizations suspected of financing domestic terrorism and political violence within the United States with either US dollars or foreign currency. A mission control hub housed within the FBI, populated by IRS forensic accountants and agents, will now follow the money with an intensity that should have been deployed decades ago. After all, we have been utilizing this investigative tactic for decades with foreign terrorists. But now, after the Black Lives Matter riots of the summer of 2020, the George Floyd riots, assaults against federal law enforcement officers (particularly ICE), and what I consider in many cases to be acts of terror, we are finally seeing movement. Finally? At long last?

Let me be blunt. This is not merely overdue. This is a dereliction that has festered for years, if not decades. And while it is easy to seethe over the delay, it is equally important to recognize who has finally had the fortitude, the clarity, and the courage to act. President Donald J. Trump and his administration deserve enormous credit for spearheading an effort that others either ignored, evaded, or lacked the will to confront. Leadership matters. Resolve matters. And in this instance, it has made all the difference.

This initiative should have been launched immediately after the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. It should have been expanded after September 11. It should have been relentless after every subsequent act of politically motivated violence on American soil. Instead, for years, we witnessed hesitation, equivocation, and what can only be described as bureaucratic torpor.

IRS-CI, a federal law enforcement agency not to be confused with the Treasury Department’s IRS revenue, and FBI both acknowledged that they are collaborating to investigate individuals and entities that may be funding domestic terrorism or political violence within this country. Oh my, how novel. How overdue. How astonishing that the federal leviathan has only now decided to examine whether the billions of US dollars flowing through the opaque corridors of nonprofit finance finds their way into the hands of those who wish to do this country harm? Let us not pretend this is uncharted territory. One only needs to look at the organization behind these current anti-deportation riots to see that this is not only very well organized, but also very well funded. Money does not materialize from thin air. It is cultivated, coordinated, and quietly transferred.

But to truly grasp the gravity of this moment, one must look not only abroad, but within. Domestic terrorism is not a novelty. It is not an abstraction. It is a recurring malignancy that is nothing new and has metastasized across decades.

Consider the Weather Underground, a radical organization that carried out bombings of government buildings including the United States Capitol and the Pentagon. These were not spontaneous tantrums of youthful rebellion. These were calculated acts requiring funding, logistics, safe houses, and networks of support. Violence is expensive. Chaos requires capital. And Barack Hussein Obama launched his political career in the home of one of Weather Underground member Bill Ayers.

Let’s examine the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. Fertilizer, explosives, planning, coordination. None of it free. None of it accidental. Domestic terror has always had a financial spine, whether crude or sophisticated. Just over one year later was another act of domestic terror, the Centennial Olympic Park bombing in Atlanta on July 27, 1996.

And then we arrive at the carnage and chaos of 2020. American cities were transformed into scenes of smoldering disorder and terrorized by Black Lives Matter (BLM). Police stations burned. Federal courthouses and other federal buildings were attacked and damaged.

Businesses were looted. Monuments were desecrated and torn down. Streets were blocked with impunity. Entire communities were held hostage by mobs that seemed, at times, less like spontaneous protesters and more like organized insurgents. At one point in New York City multiple individuals were convicted for throwing Molotov cocktails at NYPD officers and their vehicles. I bring these instances up to illustrate that domestic terror is nothing new. I welcome the opportunity for our nation to confront those responsible for financing these activities.

Are we to believe this was all organic? That there were no coordinated funding streams? No bail funds rapidly replenished? No logistical networks supplying transportation, equipment, and legal defense? When individuals are arrested and released within hours thanks to well financed organizations, does that not suggest infrastructure? Does that not suggest planning? Does that not suggest money moving behind the curtain? The questions are endless.

We all saw what happened at universities and colleges campus uprisings after the October 7, 2023 attacks by Gaza and Hamas against Israel. Buildings occupied. Classes disrupted. American and Israeli flags burned. Chants not merely critical but openly hostile to the United States itself. These were not isolated acts of collegiate exuberance. These were organized, sustained, and in many cases externally supported demonstrations that required resources. Always resources. Always funding.

Even beyond our borders, in regions such as the Gulf, individuals openly advocate against American interests while benefiting from financial networks that are anything but transparent. The ideological battlefield is global. The financial pipelines often begin here.

Let’s take a stroll down memory lane and reflect upon some foreign terrorist attacks and how they were funded. Consider the infamous Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, once the largest Islamic charity in the United States. In 2008 its leaders were convicted in federal court for funneling millions of dollars to Hamas, a designated terrorist organization. The scheme was almost banal in its simplicity. Funds were routed through ostensibly charitable committees in the West Bank and Gaza, which then redistributed money to families of Hamas operatives, thereby freeing up other resources for violence.

Charity as camouflage. Compassion as cover. A wolf dressed in the clothing of goodwill.

Or take the Al Farooq Mosque in Brooklyn which was linked in the early 2000’s to individuals who provided material support to jihadist causes abroad. The mosque itself became emblematic of a broader concern; religious and charitable institutions could be exploited as conduits for radicalization and financing.

And what of the Benevolence International Foundation and the Global Relief Foundation? Both were shuttered after the September 11 attacks for channeling funds and logistical support to Al-Qaeda.

None of the aforementioned so- called charities operated in shadowy shell companies hidden in some distant wasteland. They were publicly known and even registered 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organizations operating openly on American soil, complete with tax exempt status and trusted donor bases. But it was nothing less than a Trojan horse rolling straight through the gates.

If this sounds like ancient history, that is precisely the point. The blueprint has existed for decades. One cannot discuss terror illicit finance without confronting the devastating reality that some attacks have been facilitated by funds raised under charitable pretenses right here in the United States of America. Investigations into networks tied to Al-Qaeda (AQ) revealed that money moved through several charitable fronts, helped sustain training camps, and provided operational planning that culminated in atrocities such as the September 11, 2001 attacks. The ancient hawala system also allows money to move across borders without ever physically crossing them. Like a ghost slipping through locked doors, it leaves almost no trace.

We also have the modern frontier. Cryptocurrency has introduced a new dimension of opacity. Mixers. Tumblers. Privacy coins. Digital wallets created and discarded like burner phones. Money now moves not only silently but instantaneously.

In many anti money laundering (AML) cases it is not either traditional laundering or crypto money laundering. It is both. Funds originate as cash. They pass through nonprofit accounts. They are converted into crypto. They move across jurisdictions. Then reappear as usable capital for illicit purposes. A shell game played at the speed of light.

Which brings us back to the joint IRS-CI/FBI announcement. The idea that IRS-CI and the FBI are finally coordinating in a sustained, centralized fashion is wonderful but should not be groundbreaking. It should have been standard procedure decades ago. The fact that it is being heralded as a new initiative is not a triumph. It is an indictment on our past elected leaders in government.

For years critics warned that enforcement was selective or too timid. Were they wrong? No. Under the Obama Administration and later the Biden Administration, their open borders were policies widely criticized and stretched law enforcement agencies to their limits. Yet the more closely one examines the mechanics of the enterprise, the more one begins to suspect that the odds have been arranged rather carefully. Few stories illustrate this curious arithmetic of power better than the saga of Chris Christie and his younger brother Todd Christie.

Shortly thereafter President Donald Trump ordered federal agencies across the government to begin discontinuing use of the technology, establishing a six month transition period to allow agencies to migrate to alternative systems. Michael emphasized that the move was not intended to annihilate the company. “This is not meant to be punitive,” he said. “Their commercial business is largely unaffected.”

But the political tension surrounding the dispute was unmistakable. President Trump reportedly described certain Anthropic leaders as “leftwing nut jobs,” reflecting a broader frustration inside the administration with what many officials view as the ideological culture of Silicon Valley. Anthropic, for its part, has responded with defiance. Company executives insist the safeguards embedded within Claude are narrow and responsible. They point out that the system has already supported American national security missions, including work within classified networks, national laboratories, and cyber defense operations.

Executives from Anthropic also emphasized their willingness to assist the government during the transition period. Statements released in February 2026 offered continued engineering support “for as long as is necessary” and “as long as we are permitted.”

Nevertheless the dispute soon metastasized into litigation. Around March 9, 2026, Anthropic filed a sweeping lawsuit against the Department of War, the Trump administration, and several federal agencies. The company argues that the supply chain designation is ideologically motivated and legally defective. Its attorneys claim the action violates statutory requirements that government restrictions employ the least restrictive means available. Anthropic also contends that the government’s actions constitute retaliation for the company’s ethical principles. The lawsuit seeks to vacate the designation and block enforcement of the directives forcing contractors to abandon the system.

While the courts now deliberate, the practical consequences are already reshaping the defense technology landscape. OpenAI has stepped into the vacuum, securing new contracts to provide artificial intelligence systems for classified Pentagon work. Major defense contractor Palantir has confirmed it continues to integrate Claude within certain operational environments for the moment, although alternative models are being incorporated as the transition unfolds.

In the short term the Pentagon has permitted limited exceptions where removing Claude would disrupt ongoing missions. Some reports indicate the technology has supported analytical operations connected to the ongoing conflict involving Iran. For now those functions may continue until replacement systems are fully operational. The broader significance of this clash extends far beyond a single company or a single model. It represents the first great constitutional confrontation of the artificial intelligence era. At stake is a question that will shape the future of national security technology.

Who ultimately governs the behavior of intelligent machines that influence military power? Is it the elected government of the United States acting through constitutional authority? Or is it a small cohort of engineers in Silicon Valley who believe they possess the moral prerogative to determine which military uses are acceptable? The Pentagon’s answer is unequivocal. Military systems must answer to the chain of command and to nothing else.

And the outcome of that confrontation will determine who truly commands the machines that increasingly define the arsenal of the United States.

The charred, chewy crust—baked in high-heat brick ovens and often topped with no-refrigeration essentials like tomatoes and garlic—reflected both cultural roots and practical demands of the era.

The style’s origins trace to New Haven’s Little Italy neighborhood, primarily Wooster Street, where waves of Italian immigrants settled in the early 1900s. They brought Naples recipes but adapted them to local resources, creating apizza as a distinct American variant. In 1980 when I was the Northeastern Regional Political director for Governor Ronald Reagan’s campaign for president, I brought my candidate for a tour of the pizza parlors and Italian bakeries on Wooster Street. I am not certain, but it may have been the first time Ronald Reagan had a cannoli.

Pepe’s, Sally’s, and Modern form the trifecta defining New Haven style, drawing worldwide tourists. Debates rage—Pepe’s for origin, Sally’s for sauce, Modern for accessibility—but all embody charred perfection.

Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, the most expansion-minded of the trio, has grown to 17 locations across the East Coast (with an 18th slated for Westport, CT in summer 2026), stretching from Massachusetts to Florida. Despite faithful attempts to replicate coal-fired ovens and recipes, the push has faltered a bit—especially in southern spots like Plantation and Delray Florida—where inconsistencies in crust char, excessive flop, and diluted flavor undermine the original Wooster Street magic.

Some have attributed Pepe’s failure to recreate there Wooster Street masterpiece to localities whose local health ordinances don’t allow for an 800-degree oven. This requires that the Pizzaiola to bake the pie longer causing excessive crunch on the bottom.

Yelp and TripAdvisor ratings for Frank Pepe’s hover in the mid-3s to low-4s, with complaints about flavor-batch inconsistencies, soggier larger pies, and overall dilution at scale. Regional humidity, water differences, and higher volume make crisp, charred perfection hard to replicate. Many reviews praise the char and toppings as solid regionally, but consensus holds expansion has cost some soul. That said when I visited Frank Pepe’s outlet in Yonkers, New York. I thought the pizza easily rivaled the Wooster Street standard.

But now, a bold new contender is flipping the script: Ah-Beetz New Haven Pizza, a franchise powerhouse poised to take this century-old style nationwide without a single compromise on quality or authenticity has emerged.

Founded by New Haven native Nicholas Laudano from a family recipe dating to 1976, Ah-Beetz (phonetic for “apizza”) launched in Delray Beach, Florida, in 2017, dedicated to recreating charred, crispy-yet-chewy crusts and bold flavors. When lines went out of the door and around the block, Ah Beretz moved to large quarters in the same shopping plaza. Soon Ah Beetz had outlets in Royal Palm, West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Port Saint Lucie, as well as Marietta, GA, with rumors about a Fort Lauderdale location in the air.

What sets Ah-Beetz apart is its fierce ability to sweep the nation without sacrificing quality or authenticity—a commitment to perfection in every pie. They fire coal-fired ovens at blistering temps, ferment dough for days to unlock deep tangy complexity, and source toppings obsessively: fresh-shucked clams, imported Italian tomatoes, punchy Sardinian pecorino Romano. No shortcuts, no dilutions—every pie delivers signature snap-crisp char and smoky depth exploding in each bite, true to Wooster Street roots.

Hopefully, unlike the expansions that crumbled under the strain of scale, Ah-Beetz rises victorious through rigorous, hands-on oversight—every coal-fired oven blazing with the exact same intensity, every crust achieving flawless, blistering char, just like Wooster Street.

For those who will never visit New Haven or those who have never sampled New Haven style pizza, their best chance could emerge from the Ah Beetz brand.

In February of 1972, President Richard Milhous Nixon accomplished what generations of diplomats, academics, and foreign policy mandarins had insisted was impossible. The fiercely anti-communist president who had built his career exposing Soviet espionage in the United States stepped onto the soil of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and altered the trajectory of global geopolitics.

For decades prior, Communist China had existed behind an opaque ideological barricade. Since Mao Zedong’s triumph in 1949 the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) ruled a nation that was diplomatically isolated, economically stagnant, and politically convulsive. Washington had no formal relations with Beijing. American diplomats spoke of China only through intermediaries. The Cold War was defined by a bipolar confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union, while China simmered as a volatile and unpredictable revolutionary state.

President Nixon saw something others failed to grasp. The communist world was not monolithic. In fact, by the late 1960s, the Sino Soviet split had grown into a deep strategic rivalry. Moscow and Beijing were not merely ideological cousins. They became competitors.

Nixon and his duplicitous National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger recognized an opportunity of historic magnitude. By normalizing relations with China, the United States could exploit divisions within the communist bloc and weaken the Soviet Union’s strategic position. It was a geopolitical triangulation of breathtaking sophistication. The gamble worked.

Nixon could not have known that thirty years later, President Bill Clinton would grant Communist China Most Favored Nation (MFN) status. That decision transformed China into an economic and military superpower that now threatens America. When Nixon recognized China, it posed no threat to the United States.

Ironically, Nixon told me that the principal reason he did not destroy the so-called Watergate tapes was that he knew that, after his death, Kissinger would seek to take credit for what were actually Nixon’s initiatives and policies. Nixon was the architect—Kissinger was the implementer. Nixon knew that the temperamental Kissinger would seek to rewrite history and saw the tapes as insurance for his foreign policy legacy.

Nixon’s 1972 visit to Beijing was not an act of naïve appeasement. It was hard nosed realpolitik. By normalizing relations with China, Nixon created leverage against the Kremlin while opening the possibility of gradual economic and diplomatic engagement with Beijing. Nixon masterfully played the Chinese and the Soviets against each other. The Shanghai Communiqué established a framework that reduced tensions while preserving America’s commitments to its allies.

At the time China was impoverished and technologically backward. The Chinese economy was smaller than that of Italy. Its military was large but antiquated. Nixon understood that bringing China into a structured relationship with the West could stabilize Asia while ensuring that the Soviet Union remained strategically encircled. For a generation, the policy appeared to succeed.

But what Nixon envisioned as a carefully calibrated diplomatic opening was later transformed into something far more reckless by successive administrations of both political parties.

The first major inflection point came under President Jimmy Carter. In 1979, Carter formally established full diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China and severed official ties with Taiwan. While the move was intended to cement the diplomatic framework Nixon had begun, it also accelerated the integration of China into the global system without adequate safeguards. Then came the economic revolution.

During the 1990s, the administration of President Bill Clinton made the fateful decision to support China’s admission into the World Trade Organization (WTO). Clinton argued that integrating China into the global economy would liberalize its political system. Western corporations flooded into China seeking cheap labor and access to massive markets. American manufacturing migrated overseas at an astonishing pace.

Instead of democratizing China, Clinton’s policies fueled the meteoric rise of the Chinese Communist Party’s economic and technological power. Entire industries were hollowed out in the United States while Beijing accumulated enormous trade surpluses and invested heavily in military modernization. The bipartisan consensus in Washington remained strangely complacent.

President George W. Bush maintained the engagement model, focusing primarily on counterterrorism after September 11. President Barack Obama attempted a “pivot to Asia,” but the economic entanglement with China had already become deeply embedded in global supply chains.

Joe Biden actually achieved the unthinkable—he drove our Russian and Chinese adversaries together rather than apart. We share a great common interest with Russia over the problem of Islamic terrorism. The Sino Soviet could be exploited again by Trump once the Russia-Ukraine war ends.

Meanwhile, the Chinese Communist Party pursued a long term strategy of technological acquisition, intellectual property theft, industrial espionage, and military expansion. Beijing constructed artificial islands in the South China Sea. It expanded cyber warfare capabilities. It weaponized trade relationships and invested heavily in strategic infrastructure across the developing world through initiatives such as the Belt and Road program.

The result is the geopolitical reality we face today. China has become the principal strategic rival of the United States in economics, technology, and military power.

Ironically, this outcome was not the inevitable consequence of Nixon’s opening to China. Nixon never envisioned turning China into the industrial workshop of the world while allowing American factories to close and strategic industries to migrate offshore.

Nixon was a fierce defender of American national power. He believed in engagement, but he also believed in leverage. Economic access would have been conditioned on reciprocity. Strategic industries critical to national security would never have been allowed to relocate wholesale to a communist regime. Nixon would never have allowed the Chinese flood of fentanyl into America.

Most importantly, my friend President Nixon understood the nature of communist governments. He dealt with them pragmatically, but he never trusted them. Had Nixon witnessed the strategic complacency that followed his presidency, he likely would have insisted on a far more disciplined approach. Trade would have been balanced. Technology transfers would have been tightly restricted. American industrial capacity would have remained protected. China would have been integrated into the global system only under conditions that strengthened American power rather than eroding it.

President Nixon opened the door to China in order to weaken America’s adversaries. He never intended for that door to become a conveyor belt through which American wealth, industry, and strategic advantage would flow directly into the hands of the Chinese Communist Party. The lesson is clear. Engagement without vigilance becomes surrender. Nixon understood that distinction yet his successors did not, to the detriment of our National Security.

Former interim U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Lindsey Halligan is being maligned in the media with false allegations that her actions have her under investigation by the Florida Bar, insinuating that her actions at the DOJ were criminal.

Last week the New York Times breathlessly reported that Halligan was under investigation by the Florida Bar Association and her license was in jeopardy only to report the following day that a representative from the Florida Bar said that there was no ongoing investigation into Halligan. The claim that Halligan was under Bar investigation was a baseless smear cooked up by left wing activist Michelle Kuppersmith.

Halligan was, of course, the former White House lawyer appointed interim U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia when President Donald Trump learned that the sitting U.S. Attorney Eric Sibert, who was charged with investigating potential charges against former FBI Director James Comey had never disclosed a glaring conflict; Sibert’s father-in-law, that is, his wife’s father, is the Godfather to James Comey’s daughter, and, also represented Comey as a private attorney.

Despite the fact that she had no prosecutorial experience, Halligan presented Comey’s testimony to a grand jury showing he denied giving any internal FBI information to third parties to leak to the media, while showing proof he did in emails between him and his lawyer friend Daniel Richman, which he directs Richman to do just that.

The only way to get the charges against Comey dismissed was to obtain a ruling by a federal judge that Halligan’s appointment as Interim U.S. Attorney was somehow improper, although leading lawyers conceded that the Government Vacancies Act gave Trump the power to appoint Halligan. In fact the ruling that Halligan was improperly appointed was wrongly decided and is on active appeal by the Department of Justice.

Three federal judges engaged in illegal, unorthodox, and unethical conduct repeatedly violating the DOJ’s canon of ethics in an epic display of bias, abuse of the system, and nonstop personal attacks on Halligan and the President who legally appointed her. The unethical conduct of Judge Micheal Nachmanoff, Judge Cameron McGowan Currie, and Judge William G Fitzpatrick is so outrageous that a formal complaint with the US Department of Justice’s Office of Professional Responsibility is expected and some House Republican are openly talking about formal articles of impeachment being introduced into the House.

Other lawyers repulsed by the false claim that Lindsay Halligan was under investigation by the Florida BAR vowed to file BAR complaints against the three judges who repeatedly violated the Judicial Canon of ethics with the appropriate State Bar associations. “Magistrate Judge William G Fitzpatrick outrageous and unethical misconduct requires that he be removed from the federal Judiciary” one long time Virginia attorney told the Populist Sentinel.

The Campaign for Accountability (CfA) which is George Soros funded front group sent a letter to the Florida Bar claiming Halligan was guilty of various ethical violations after launching prosecutions against former FBI Director James Comey and current New York attorney general Leticia James. Those cases were ultimately dismissed on technicalities, and now the system is coming for their pound of flesh. The claims by CfA are bogus and entirely illegitimate.

The CfA claimed that the Florida Bar was conducting an active investigation into Halligan. However, the Florida Bar clarified that they are merely looking into complaints filed against Halligan – filed by aggrieved liberals trying to weaponize the process against conservatives – and refused to speak to their merit. CfA’s claim against Halligan is both false and defamatory.

“There is no such pending Bar investigation of Lindsay Halligan,” a spokesman for the Florida Bar said in clarification. “In this case, The Florida Bar received a complaint against Lindsay [sic] Halligan and, consistent with standard practice, the Bar is monitoring the ongoing legal proceedings underlying the complaint.” The New York Times was forced to essentially back off their smear against Halligan, but New York Time’s reporter Jonathan Bromwich has declined to issue a former retraction thinking wrongly that there will be no consequences for his unethical role in this entire caper. I wouldn’t bet on it.

These sort of underhanded tactics are the modus operandi of the CfA under the stewardship of its leader, rat-faced Michelle Kuppersmith. Kuppersmith is the CfA’s executive director and has worked in senior roles of several advocacy organizations ostensibly focused on political oversight. But groups like CfA, while presenting themselves publicly as independent watchdogs, operate within a complex and opaque left-wing network of nonprofit funding that fuels the aims of subverting the rule of law in America. Kuppersmith, a rodent like smear artist, never lets facts or truth get in the way of her distorted political smears.

Kuppersmith began working at the Mintz Group, a New York-based private investigations firm known for corporate and political research. She later moved into nonprofit advocacy, where her muckraking is often used to support lawfare efforts meant to harm conservative objectives in the liberal-dominated activist courts. Before moving into her role at the CfA, Kuppersmith worked at other left-wing fronts, Accountable US and Equity Forward. Both are front groups that shovel propaganda but hide who is paying for it.

One recent example showing Kuppersmith’s lawfare blueprint was a filing meant to protect the Federal Reserve from internal scrutiny by the Trump administration. The CfA filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit in February 2026 against the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). The group sought the release of an alleged memorandum written by FHFA Director Bill Pulte regarding Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell.

The dispute stemmed from media reports suggesting the memo played a role in efforts by President Donald Trump and allies to remove Powell amid a controversy involving the Federal Reserve’s $2.5 billion headquarters renovation. Kuppersmith accused Pulte of “abus[ing] his position to push the president’s vendetta.” This demonstrates how the CfA actually works to prevent entrenched government from transparency by weaponizing the legal process to gum up the works and allow corrupt bureaucrats room to breathe.

In fact Pulte is a hero for taking what was entirety public evidence of mortgage fraud by New York Attorney Letica James and California Senator Adam Schiff and sending it to the US Department of Justice for review in the case of James the Attorney General inflated the value of her net worth in order to qualify for a loan, exactly what she falsely accused President Donald Trump of doing. The New York state courts overturned the verdict James won against Trump in that particularly egregious act of lawfare. Now the bitch whines when she is held to the same standard.

Under Kuppersmith, the CfA launched the Tech Transparency Project (TTP), an organization that agitates Big Tech groups to commit more censorship on their platforms. The TTP has frequently highlighted so-called health misinformation, election denial, right-wing extremist propaganda – effectively giving the tech giants a hit list to target for removal from their platforms. Unsurprisingly, the TTP lists the Soros-backed Open Society Foundations as one of their primary benefactors. Kuppersmith’s entire operation exists to protect the status quo, and her organization functions as a tentacle of the left-wing Hydra strangling the U.S. Constitution.

The CfA’s origins come from Arabella Advisors, the infamous Washington-based consulting firm that manages large philanthropic funds used to finance advocacy campaigns. The CfA was originally launched as a project of the Hopewell Fund, one of several nonprofits managed by Arabella Advisors. These “fiscal sponsor” organizations host hundreds of temporary or permanent advocacy projects that operate under separate brand names while sharing administrative infrastructure. Tax filings show that CfA has also received approximately $2.2 million from the New Venture Fund, another Arabella-managed nonprofit.

Arabella Advisors was founded in 2005 by Eric Kessler, a former Clinton administration official who would revolutionize the way political campaigns were devised. It has been a very efficient vehicle in springing up different niche causes that help the greater goal of organized leftism. They help wealthy liberal donors decide what causes to fund, how to structure donations and which nonprofits or campaigns to support. They also give fiscal sponsorship for projects and entities to operate without creating their own nonprofit and be able to receive tax-deductible donations while using an existing organization’s legal structure. Their grant programs distribute large philanthropic funds, manage grant programs and run policy campaigns or research initiatives.

Organizations like CfA bill themselves as independent, nonpartisan watchdogs, but this is a clever ruse to obfuscate a radically leftist agenda. The funding structures behind watchdog groups like the CfA operate under limited donor disclosure making it difficult for the public to realize that investigations, regulatory complaints, or lawsuits are funded by networks of political donors and philanthropic organizations with an extremist, anti-American ideology. Kuppersmith is a loyal apparatchik operating within a framework that has damaged the country immeasurably. The CfA should be stripped of its nonprofit status along with all other liberal Trojan Horses and Fifth Columns that exploit our laws while tearing the Republic asunder, Kuppersmith deserves to be investigated for subversive activity.

Americans would be wise to begin paying very close attention to a small rugged island in the northern Persian Gulf that few could locate on a map only weeks ago. That island is Kharg Island. It is sometimes spelled Khark Island. And it is nothing less than the main distribution center for Islamic Republic of Iran’s oil. At a moment when the United States and its allies are confronting the Islamic Republic during the ongoing military confrontation known as Operation Epic Fury, Kharg Island stands as one of the most consequential strategic locations in the entire Middle East. If Iran’s regime derives financial oxygen from oil exports, then Kharg Island is the lung through which that oxygen flows.

Should anyone doubt the urgency of understanding its importance, facts about Kharg Island reveal why this isolated outpost has become such a critical focus of geopolitical scrutiny. Kharg Island is a continental limestone island located in the northern Persian Gulf approximately 30 kilometers (only about 18 miles!) off Iran’s coast. It sits northwest of the port of Bushehr and about 483 kilometers (roughly 300 miles) northwest of the Strait of Hormuz. The tiny island measures roughly eight kilometers in length and four to five kilometers in width, covering an area of only seven or eight square miles. Its rocky limestone terrain collects freshwater in porous formations, making it one of the few islands in the Gulf with natural freshwater resources capable of supporting human settlement and wildlife including gazelles.

And it’s perfectly situated for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s nefarious purposes. Its population exceeds more than ten thousand residents. The island extends Iran’s territorial sea claims deeper into the Persian Gulf and sits amid some of the most valuable oil infrastructure in the region.

The economic and strategic importance of Kharg Island cannot be overstated. Kharg serves as Iran’s primary offshore crude oil export terminal and historically has handled approximately 90% - 98% of the country’s crude exports. The island’s loading infrastructure is capable of exporting roughly seven million barrels per day through specialized terminals and sea island loading platforms. Pipelines connect the island directly to mainland oil fields in Khuzestan as well as underwater reservoirs beneath the Gulf itself. The entire complex is operated by the National Iranian Oil Company. Crude blends such as Iran Heavy, Iran Light, and Foroozan are loaded onto massive tankers at Kharg before being dispatched across global markets. Should anyone be surprised that analysts repeatedly describe Kharg Island as the main distribution center for Iran’s oil?

The island also carries a remarkable historical legacy stretching back more than fourteen thousand years. Ancient records describe Kharg as a pearl trading center as early as the tenth century. Greek historian Strabo referred to the island as Icaria or Icarus while Roman naturalist Pliny described it as Aracia. During the Achaemenid period the island served as both a defensive outpost and a commercial waypoint linking Persian Gulf trade routes. Archaeological discoveries include Achaemenid era rock cut tombs reminiscent of Palmyra funerary architecture, remnants of Christian monastic complexes associated with the Church of the East after the seventh century, ancient cemeteries, stone churches, and early settlements. Two mass graves of Palmyrene people have been identified on the slopes of Khezr Mountain dating to the first and second centuries before Christ during the Parthian and Sassanid periods. Sassanid era inscriptions and structures further confirm the island’s role as a strategic maritime hub linking Iran, India, Arabia, and Africa.

Modern history has been equally dramatic. Kharg Island was briefly occupied by British forces in 1838. Oil discoveries in the twentieth century transformed the island into one of the most important petroleum export facilities in the world by the early 1970’s. During the Iran Iraq War between 1980 and 1988 the island was repeatedly bombed by Iraqi forces attempting to cripple Iran’s oil exports. Much of the infrastructure was damaged but later rebuilt during the 1990’s. Following the Iranian Revolution in 1979 the island’s oil infrastructure was nationalized by the Ayatollah’s regime and incorporated into the state run petroleum apparatus that still exists. Meanwhile, nearby Kharku Island sits northeast of Kharg and also plays a supporting role in crude oil cargo operations. Not far away stands another sensitive strategic location, the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant, adding another layer of geopolitical sensitivity to the region.

In the modern energy system Kharg Island functions as a massive storage and loading complex capable of holding tens of millions of barrels of crude oil in large tank farms before export. Estimates of storage capacity range from roughly 20 million barrels to nearly 30 million barrels depending on operational configurations. Tankers line up to load crude shipments that then travel across international markets. Where does that oil ultimately go? China remains the largest consumer of Iranian crude shipments, frequently receiving cargo through complex shipping arrangements designed to evade sanctions. Additional shipments move through regional intermediaries or transshipment points such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, and occasionally Bangladesh. Russia also receives Iranian petroleum shipments in various barter arrangements and energy swaps. Yet in many cases cargoes routed through other Asian ports ultimately find their way to Chinese refineries.

What about the geographic relationship between Kharg Island and the power centers involved in this conflict? Kharg lies roughly 726 kilometers from Tehran or, 451 miles. From Kharg to Beijing the distance stretches approximately six thousand kilometers. Moscow lies roughly 3100 kilometers away which is nearly 1930 miles. Those distances highlight a geopolitical paradox. Iran’s leadership directs energy exports from a capital less than 500 miles away while the principal beneficiaries of those exports sit thousands of miles away beyond the Persian Gulf.

The significance of Kharg Island became the subject of national attention during a televised debate on CNBC’s Squawk Box this morning, March 4, 2026. During a segment discussing the escalating crisis in the Gulf, investment executive Jan van Eck warned viewers that policymakers and markets must pay attention to Kharg Island because it represents a choke point for Iran’s oil exports. His warning reflected what many strategic analysts have long understood. If Kharg Island is disrupted, the economic lifeline of the Iranian regime is immediately threatened. Should anyone ignore such a strategic vulnerability?

The urgency of this issue has intensified dramatically because of Operation Epic Fury. Operation Epic Fury is a major United States led military campaign against Iran launched on February 28, 2026 under orders from President Donald Trump. It represents the largest concentration of American military power in the region since 2003. More than 50,000 American troops have been deployed along with approximately 200 fighter aircraft, strategic bombers, and two aircraft carrier strike groups. Within the past 96 hours as of this writing, American forces reportedly struck nearly two thousand Iranian targets including Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) headquarters, command centers, missile launch facilities, air defense systems, naval assets, and other infrastructure linked to Iran’s military apparatus.

This campaign has been conducted in coordination with Israel’s parallel military effort known as Operation Roaring Lion. The combined objective is to dismantle Iran’s security apparatus, destroy missile production capabilities, neutralize naval forces threatening the Gulf, and prevent the regime from developing nuclear weapons. The initial wave of strikes have thus far reportedly resulted in the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Tragically six American service members were also killed, including casualties resulting from an Iranian attack on a base in Kuwait. Since then American forces have defended against hundreds of Iranian missile and drone retaliatory attacks across the region.

So in the big picture, does Kharg Island matter in this context? Yes! Because it sits at the epicenter of global energy security during a moment of military escalation. As the main distribution center for the Islamic Republic’s oil, Kharg Island is the largest and most important hub through which roughly 90% or more of Iranian crude exports flow into world markets. Disruption at Kharg could send global oil prices surging overnight which is going to hurt the wallets of American families at the pump, but only temporarily.

The broader conflict has already contributed to the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, a maritime chokepoint responsible for roughly twenty percent of global oil and liquefied natural gas flows. Iranian retaliation has included missile and drone strikes across Gulf states targeting American installations in Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Energy infrastructure across the region now sits under heightened threat. Strategic facilities such as Saudi Arabia’s Ras Tanura and Qatar’s Ras Laffan face potential disruption. Regional proxy groups including the Houthis in Yemen have signaled they may target Saudi refineries if Israeli forces strike Iranian energy infrastructure including Kharg Island. Should such escalation occur the ripple effects across global energy markets would be immediate.

President Trump has pledged naval escorts for oil tankers and government backed war insurance to stabilize Gulf shipping lanes, yet the operational feasibility of such guarantees remains uncertain in an environment of active missile and drone attacks. Financial systems in the Gulf have already experienced stress including temporary suspensions in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) stock exchanges and cyber or infrastructure disruptions affecting data centers in Dubai and Bahrain.

Military risks also remain profound. Kharg Island sits near sensitive facilities including the Bushehr nuclear complex and lies within reach of both Iranian missile systems and American surveillance assets. American MQ 4C reconnaissance drones have reportedly been patrolling nearby airspace suggesting Iranian defensive networks have already been degraded. Yet the scale of the confrontation remains unprecedented since the Gulf War, raising fears of wider escalation including potential attacks on nuclear infrastructure. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has urged restraint even as evacuations across the region strain logistics.

What are the broader implications for Americans? This conflict is not a distant abstraction. Tens of thousands of American service members are now operating across the Middle East while their families watch events unfold at home. Energy markets, financial stability, and geopolitical alliances all intersect at one obscure limestone island in the Persian Gulf. Ignoring Kharg Island means ignoring the nerve center of Iran’s oil economy and overlooking how the outcome of Operation Epic Fury could shape global energy markets, regional stability, and the economic wellbeing of millions of Americans. In a conflict where economics and warfare intersect, Kharg Island may prove to be one of the most consequential pieces of geography on Earth.

Election integrity advocates on the Right can too often get bogged down in the details of voting-machine technicalities, complicated hardware, foreign interference and multifaceted conspiracies when reaching out to the general public. All of these things are important, to be sure, but the intricacies are lost on the average voter.

If you are a front-line warrior in the fight against voter fraud, God bless you for fighting through the attacks, the gaslighting and doing your due diligence. But we must understand that not every American is going to take that level of initiative, even those of the patriotic sort. What the public needs to understand is that there is a serious problem with the voting process, and the source of that problem is the Democrats.

The SAVE America Act provides the perfect basis to reach out to the masses. The legislation would require a valid government-issued ID before registering to vote in a federal election, along with clear proof of U.S. citizenship. It would also limit mail-in ballots to specific circumstances such as illness, disability, military service, or travel. If an individual wants to register to vote in the United States, citizenship should be a basic and non-negotiable requirement. It does not make any sense why an individual should be forced to produce an ID in virtually every aspect of life but should not be made to do so in order to vote.

The requirements provided in the SAVE America Act are equivalent to countries throughout the world, including liberal democracies. Countries such as India and Brazil tie voter identification to biometric databases while the U.S. largely relies on self-attestation for citizenship. Germany and Canada require paper ballots when tabulating votes and maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures, while Denmark and Sweden limit mail-in voting to those unable to vote in person. All common-sense requirements that should be standardized everywhere.

The existing U.S. system has vastly expanded mail-in and absentee voting in recent years, with COVID-19 fear used as the excuse to do so. The counting of ballots received after Election Day has also become a regular occurrence, as ballot counts incomprehensibly last for weeks after the election. It is easy for all of these facts to get lost in the noise for voters who are not in tune with the day-to-day machinations of modern politics. But the SAVE America Act allows voters to more easily understand what is happening and puts Democrats on the defensive by pressuring them into taking an aggressive stance on an issue where a vast overwhelming majority of the people are opposed to them.

It is easy to make the argument that clearer rules are necessary to restore confidence and integrity in American elections. The 2020 presidential election killed faith in our system. Everyone can agree on that regardless of whether they are a fraud admitter or a fraud denier. Restoring faith in that system is crucial. Adding foundational safeguards that are popular across the political spectrum is one way to achieve that.

There is only one reason for Democrats and far-left special interest groups to oppose the SAVE America Act: because they want to enable fraud. They know that loosening the system allows them to essentially stuff the ballot box. The illegals who are still floating around in this country by the millions can exploit these loopholes. There are devious left-wing activists who operate under the guise of humanitarianism to help illegals game the system and vote. The SAVE America Act drives a stake through the heart of their schemes in a tactically sound manner. It keeps the issue simple and centered around voter ID. It does not give the Democrats any wiggle room to obfuscate the issue to voters. Either they support voter ID, or they do not. Voter ID is the achilles heel of the Democrats’ fraud scheme.

Once we achieve a big win on the SAVE America Act, it will give us the momentum we need to go after the whole enchilada – the foreign interference, the voting machines, the dubious algorithms, the mail-in fraud, and so forth. This is why it needs to be the top grassroots priority. We need to make sure every Republican votes in favor of the SAVE America Act, and Democrats in swing districts are forced to fold. After it is passed and signed into law, Democrats will fight its implementation tooth and nail, further exposing their true agenda. This is how the election integrity movement breaks through the glass ceiling and begins to make the foundational changes needed to defeat the Democrats’ fraud machine in all 50 states.

The long-simmering tensions between the United States, Israel, and the Islamic Republic of Iran have erupted into open conflict. What was once a question of deterrence has become a full-scale military reckoning. On February 28, 2026 the U.S. and Israel launched joint Operations Epic Fury (U.S. designation) and Roaring Lion (Israeli designation), targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities, ballistic missile sites, IRGC installations, intelligence headquarters, air defenses, naval assets, drone facilities, and senior regime leadership. This decisive action followed failed nuclear negotiations and intelligence revealing an imminent threat from Tehran.

President Donald Trump, who has long vowed that ‘Iran will never have a nuclear weapon,’ authorized the strikes, stating that the operations are necessary to dismantle Iran’s threats to U.S. and Israeli security and to pave the way for potential regime change.

As of this writing United States Central Command (CENTCOM) confirmed six U.S. service members killed in action (KIA) and 18 wounded in the ongoing campaign, emphasizing that American military stockpiles remain in excellent condition. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has affirmed that U.S. forces are positioned, supplied, and executing operations with overwhelming force against missile threats, proxy attacks, and maritime disruptions.

It is now Day 4 of the operations and is ongoing with no confirmed ceasefire agreement reached or expected. Over 2,000 targets have been struck across Iran, including command nodes, internal security apparatus, and technology parks near Tehran. Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed in the initial strikes on his compound, along with high ranking officials such as Defense Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani, Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Chief Mohammad Pakpour, and Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh.

Israeli officials claim more than 1,000 Iranian regime members have been eliminated since the operations began. Iranian retaliation under Operation True Promise IV has involved multiple waves of ballistic missiles and Shahed drones targeting Israel, U.S. bases in the Gulf, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Cyprus, and commercial shipping. Most attacks from the Iranian regime have been intercepted by defenses like Patriot and Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) systems, but limited damage has occurred, including one civilian death in Tel Aviv from a missile strike, debris-related fires in Gulf states, and a drone impact on a high-rise in Bahrain.

Hezbollah has formally entered the conflict, launching missiles and drones at Israel in retaliation for Khamenei’s death. Pro-Iranian regime groups such as Hamas, Islamic Jihad, the Houthis in Yemen, and Iraqi militias have vowed continued resistance, with Houthi attacks renewing once again in the Red Sea. Cyber attacks by groups like the Handala Hacker Group have disrupted infrastructure, including gas stations in Jordan.

Satellite imagery confirms extensive damage to sites like Konarak Naval Base (sunken frigates and destroyed drone bunkers), Tabriz missile base, and various Tehran facilities.

Iran’s oil economy, already strained, is now under direct assault amid the conflict. Prior to the operations, Iran exported approximately 1.2 to 1.6 million barrels per day through sanctions evasion, primarily to China at discounted rates, with smaller volumes to Syria and other grey market buyers in Asia. India and South Korea had reduced imports under U.S. pressure. Evasion tactics included ship-to-ship transfers, reflagging tankers, disabling transponders, and third-party routing. However, the strikes have targeted naval assets and disrupted operations in the Strait of Hormuz, the critical chokepoint for 20 percent of global oil supply leading to shipping interruptions, tanker hits, and volatile oil prices. U.S. defense officials have long assessed Iranian-financed proxy terror organizations and militias are responsible for American casualties in Iraq during the Global War on Terror (GWOT) through tools like explosively formed projectiles(EFP) which penetrated through armored military personnel vehicles as if they were fortified with soft linen handkerchiefs. That legacy now informs the direct strikes, with six confirmed U.S. combat fatalities in this conflict marking a shift from proxy skirmishes to open warfare.

Decapitation strikes have successfully targeted Iran’s top leadership, degrading the regime’s command structure. The Abraham Accords have strengthened regional alignments, with the UAE, Bahrain, and Morocco enhancing intelligence coordination and integrated air defenses with Israel. Gulf states hosting U.S. assets are on high alert, experiencing collateral damage from Iranian retaliations but supporting the operations as vital for security.

The regime in Tehran, reliant on oil revenue, coercion, and religious extremism militancy now face many existential threats. With momentum building toward regime change, the success of these operations will be measured through deterrence breaches, economic sanctions, internal unrest, and regional containment. Ideally this will prevent further escalation while reshaping the Middle East.

Prayers remain due for American service members in the Gulf who are actively engaged in this mission and their families. Prayers for Israeli civilians enduring missile barrages from Iran and its proxies. Above all, prayers for the Iranian people, whose hopes for freedom may finally emerge from the ashes of this reckoning.

This confrontation with Iran has created a near confluence of economic, ideological, strategic, and unmistakably military events which will help to achieve the goal of closing a 47 year long Iranian dictatorial theocracy with the Iranian people’s self determined governance. Its outcome will define the Middle East’s balance of power for generations.

The hour is late. The stakes are monumental. The question is not whether Iran poses a threat. The question is whether we possess the resolve to confront it before the cost becomes catastrophic.
