Perhaps it was my role in the takedown of Melber's mentor, the now disgraced Eliot Spitzer—but it is more likely the fact that President Donald J. Trump granted me a full and unconditional presidential pardon, when Robert Mueller’s thugs easily convicted me in a Soviet-style show trial for lying under oath to Congress. It was. of course, impossible to lie in my voluntary testimony to the House Intelligence Committee, regarding collusion between Russian intelligence and the Trump campaign that Special Counsel John Durham has now documented never actually happened. Needless to say, MSNBC has never acknowledged my full exoneration on November 3rd, 2020, when, by court order, the Department of Justice was forced to finally disgorge the last remaining long-redacted sections of Mueller’s Report in which even he could not sugarcoat the fact that he had found “no factual basis” to charge me with Russian collusion, WikiLeak collaboration, or any other crime.

Melber has now attacked me on his show, The Beat with Ari, three nights in a row based on a Danish documentary in which I believe both video and audio of me has been manipulated, selectively-edited, and, in some cases, fabricated with the use of artificial intelligence.

Melber’s reporting seems to be based on clips of the documentary where my voice is allegedly heard, but which include no actual visual image of me saying what the audio represents. It’s a technique that the documentary filmmaker uses extensively, calling into question the authenticity of much that appears in the documentary.

Strangely missing from the documentary is the footage of Secret Service agents calling my hotel room, offering to escort me to the Capitol after President Trump concluded his speech on The Ellipse—an offer I declined, given that I never had any plans to go to the Capitol on January 6th. Why would the filmmakers omit these scenes from their epic film? Is it because they don't fit the false narrative of the propaganda hit-piece they decided to make?

Melber’s initial attack was based around my correct assertion that under Article II of the U.S. Constitution, the individual State Legislatures have the authority to certify the slate of electors sent to the Electoral College based on the popular vote within the State.

“That’s wrong and everyone knows it,” said Melber. Actually, it’s correct—leading me to question Melber’s fundamental understanding of how both the U.S. Constitution and the Electoral College operate. Based on Melber's comments, he seems to believe that Presidents are elected through the popular vote, which is, of course, wrong. Legal scholar and former Reagan Justice Department official Mark Levin has raised this same point:

Melber and many other of his colleagues have taken issue with the fact that in interviews, op-eds, and in the documentary, I raised the question of potential Democrat voter fraud prior to the election. Is this really surprising? Joe Biden himself bragged about it in this video:

Here is precisely what I said that seems to have upset the propagandists at MSNBC:

Melber specifically quoted me in his most recent attack as saying that I "called for the politicians of Georgia to throw out the votes of the voters" — words that I never said in the video he is basing his comments on or any place else, for that matter. This repugnant con-man is literally putting words in my mouth in a baseless attempt to persuade people that I, too, should be charged in Georgia — despite any involvement whatsoever on my part in the dispute over the election results in the Peach State. It's a bald-faced lie by the rodent-like MSNBC host.

Melber and his MSNBC colleague, the epically corrupt former prosecutor Andrew Weissmann - whose convictions in the Enron case were unanimously overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, and who was broadly criticized in that case for prosecutorial misconduct - have insisted that my comments constitute “plotting” to seek “fake” electors in order to “rig” the 2020 election. A simple reading of what I actually said demonstrates that I said nothing of the kind and used none of those words.

Every American has the Constitutional Free Speech Right to question the irregularities and anomalies in a federal election.

Democrats including Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Jerry Nadler, Jamie Raskin, Stacey Abrams, Howard Dean, Terry McAuliffe, and others, all did so in 2000, 2016, and 2018. None of them have been prosecuted or charged.

Every American has the right to peacefully protest against what they view as a corrupted election, as well as to petition the Government in regard to that corruption, as well as to collect publicly published and documented evidence of election irregularities, anomalies, and fraud—none of this is seditious, treasonous, or illegal. Claims by the Democrats in the mainstream media, that there was no evidence whatsoever of election fraud in the 2020 election, is both ludicrous

and relatively easily disproved.

What Melber and his deep state collaborators now seek to do, is criminalize constitutionally-protected political speech and activity. According to them, questioning the outcome of an election, organizing peaceful protests and collecting documentation of voter fraud now constitute criminal activity. 

My comments regarding the role of the State Legislatures in the certification of electors is based on the historically accurate machinations surrounding the election of Thomas Jefferson in 1800, but more precisely, with the outcome of the 1960 election in the State of Hawaii:

Richard Nixon was declared the winner of Hawaii on election night, however, disputing this outcome, John F. Kennedy’s campaign filed a slate of alternative electors with the Hawaiian Legislature. When, on the basis of absentee ballots, JFK was declared the winner of Hawaii, Nixon’s elector’s were decertified and JFK’s electors were approved. No one accused JFK of forming a slate of "fake electors."

Let me be clear: I played no role whatsoever in the effort to delay certification of the results of the Electoral College in the U.S. Senate on January 6th, nor did I have any role in any state - including Georgia - in what I believe was a legal effort to collect documentation of illegally counted votes in order to legally challenge the election results.

Reports to the contrary by an opinion columnist in The Philadelphia Inquirer are categorically false. If there was a “War Room” in the Willard Hotel, I was both unaware of it and never in it. Three separate sources have confirmed to The Washington Post that I played no role in Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s effort to delay the certification of the Electoral College vote in the U.S. Senate. I did object to the many irregularities and anomalies in a speech at a legally permitted rally on the evening of January 5th. Unfortunately, YouTube has banned my most eloquent and perfectly legal speech - at no time did I advocate lawlessness or violence.  

Some in the media have maintained that I am a link between “extremist” groups such as the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys and members of President Donald Trump’s inner circle, as well as President Trump himself. This is entirely false, given that I had no contact with President Trump or any member of his staff from December 27th, 2020 until March 24, 2021—when President Trump invited me and my wife to visit him at Mar-a-Lago, after my wife’s completion of successful treatments for stage 4 cancer.

The testimony of former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson before the January 6th Committee, that White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows called me on January 5th to “find out what was going to happen on January 6th,” as well as calling me to be debriefed about a meeting supposedly held in the Willard Hotel “War Room,” is a perjurious lie; I have never communicated, in any fashion, with Mark Meadows, although I did meet him once in the green room at Fox back when he was a Congressman, nor was I in any meeting in the Willard Hotel regarding efforts to delay the certification of the Electoral College vote in the U.S. Senate.

While we’re at it, I should also mention that any claim that I knew in advance about, participated in, or condoned any illegal action at the Capitol on January 6th, is categorically false. On August 20, 2021,

Reuters reported that Senior FBI officials confirmed that there was no evidence linking me to the illegal actions at the Capitol. ABC News and others have endlessly used the technique of "Guilt by Association" in an effort to claim otherwise.

At the end of the day, Melber and the jackals at MSNBC are looking for viewers and clicks. Having ruthlessly pushed the fake Russian collusion narrative for almost three years, and having vilified me as a "Russian intelligence asset" and a "traitor"—they know that attacking me will drive their ratings.

Their reporting has also caused a spike in the death threats to me and my family, as well as a torrent of hate on social media. Melber and his colleagues seek to elevate baseless charges against me in the hope that some prosecutor may bite. Their efforts will be futile because they require actual evidence and proof, none of which exists. It grows tedious.
