Joseph McBride joined Roger Stone on the Roger Stone Show on Sunday to discuss a wide range of subjects.
McBride, the founder and executive officer at the McBride Law Firm is perhaps most known for representing and zealously defending those charged with crimes relating ton January 6th — he also represents Andrew and Tristan Tate on civil matters in the United States.
McBride discusses a number of different topics, from President Trump’s unfair conviction in a biased New York City courtroom, to the legal challenges facing the Tate brothers, and of course, he gives an update on the legal plight of those facing charges for January 6th, among other topics.

Joseph Daniel McBride is an American criminal defense and civil rights lawyer. He founded The McBride Law Firm in 2019 and is widely known for his representation of those charged during the January 6 United States Capitol attack, including Richard Barnett.
Raised in Brooklyn, McBride graduated from law school in 2014 and spent several years in Manhattan representing defendants as a legal aid attorney. Following the January 6 Capitol attack, he represented a number of those involved in the event, and appeared on behalf of U.S. House Select Committee witnesses.
He has worked as an attorney and counselor at his New York City law firm since 2019.
